ESPN is still missing out on an all-time great Gameday moment by not having Garth Brooks as guest picker at LSU. After Corso puts on his mascot head, someone asks "where did our guest picker go?" and Garth has snuck off camera and set up on one of the side stages and cranks into a live performance of Callin Baton Rouge.

Well it’s not JUST homers. He’s pretty much beloved by mlbn for his interviews etc. he may be bland for football but the camera/interviewers love him for baseball

I love baseball, but baseball players are notorious for having super corny and lame senses of humor. Saying a bunch of baseball guys think he’s funny isn’t disproving my point.

He is baseball guy, dugout, clubhouse funny. His segments on Masonca's show were never very entraining. Shaq would be absolutely amazing.
