A few more games like this and there will be some serious calls for a mid year coaching change. I was afraid that all the new players would be hard to overcome, but was cautiously optimistic. I'm no longer optimistic. Preparing myself mentally for a long season.

Duop and Mays are going to be really good. I think they can help elevate the level of play by pushing people in practice.

No offensive identity. Bring the ball up, stand around, make lazy passes that don't develop position, jack up a contested three at the end of the shot clock. Repeat the whole game.

Wichita is and has been a complete team. They are long and rebound and defend the rim.
Its that great.
The MVC is a terrific conference. I saw a game last year between Wichita and Northern Iowa. fabulous ball. check them out in conference later on. premier hoops.
Its nice to be a fan, of LSU or whatever team, but its also important to enjoy excellence. the game. well played.
Wichita gives that.
