you're guessing. He could have given up 11 in the first.

possibly, percentages say no

probably. But it's dangerous. Mainieri is responsible for these kids careers. You have a pitcher who could be the first overall pick in the draft, you don't frick him over.

he yanked him Friday after 70 pitches, most of which werent very pressurized. He gave little effort that day.

its been about 90 hours since that game , which equates to 4 days of rest

who would've thunk it. He constantly hits into double plays. I hope we win, but we need a rally and very soon.
Agreed. We cannot afford to give up any more runs. But, it may not matter because I'm not sure we can scratch out 5 more runs the way we're hitting it right now.

You would need a 5 foot bat to reach some of those pitches are being called strikes.

doesnt mean shite.

people are convinced we'll come back from this deficit

You said "so far" that the reason why LSU is getting raped is pitching.

how much easier would it be if it were 1-1 or even down 2-1?

Maybe so, but I doubt Ranaudo would hold them to 2 runs.

does Texas have any good pitchers left for game 3? Hopefully it will be our ace versus their leftovers

Are we really throwing my stats around now? lol.

Tearing my UCL twice probably didnt help me, but I'm not saying you guys are wrong, just short sighted. LSU is squaring up to some balls pretty well. 3rd and 4th inning are way to early to hit the panic button.

Lester, why do you want to call me out. we're all friends here.

If there's one thing Texas has, it's plenty of pitching.

What good is starting Renaudo when we only have one run anyway. Do we want to lose in a close one?

Not sure if tomorrow will be much better, but we definitely will have a better chance at Renaudo.

Great, lets put Renaudo out there when its 102 degrees tomorrow! Even ESPN is dumbfounded about the Ross decision.
