G mccelroy is always butt hurt about LSU

Latest example on ESPN recap.
He said "it was a great 2 point call because if not Alabama would have won with their superior talent?" How about it was a great call because it cornered Alabama unexpectedly. Oh and "the play was a pic play like FSU and Clemson" I didnt see the receivers touch push the corners like Clemson did. Always throwing shade on LSU, during live game calls too. This guy needs to be taken off LSU content.

He was pretty high on LSU prior to match up. He does a solid job analyzing CFB, IMO.

You’re 1000% wrong. He is always very complimentary of LSU. He almost goes out of his way to do so so as not to come off as a homer. He’s allowed today’s mulligan.

Idk about the rest of it but he’s correct that the longer the game went, the more it favored Alabama.

Another McElroy complaint. He’s the best in the business. He couldn’t have been more complimentary to LSU. He was implying that the longer the game goes on, it’s an advantage to 13.5 point favorite, a totally valid point.
And the Bama moving up thing was totally sarcastic.

I don't think it is an unreasonable take. Jahmyr Gibbs and Bryce Young were getting more difficult to stop. Depth was going to be an issue on defense.

It looked like a well practiced play, the receivers ran their route…which ended right in the path of the DBs. But they were looking for the ball. No foul

I love GM as a color analyst. But his YouTube stuff is lacking. He is stilted, looks like he’s trying to read a prompter, and his opinions seem off…like not mentioning CBK as Year 1 best hire candidate.

I agree with everything he said. He's actually really good at what he does. I don't see how anyone can dislike his comments about LSU.
