The helmets were $325. They had probably 50 of them for sale.

Jerseys ranged from 1998-2005. Shane O-Toole's gold jersey was on display.

Once the Tiger football team came in at 2:30, the small convention room that was used (why not the main floor where the arena football/hockey games were played) was jam packed.

I agree with DA HAT! LSU did a poor job planning the fan day. They know how big the fanbase is for LSU. They don't pack a 92K stadium for nothing. Hopefully, they'll be able to correct this for next season. By the way, besides it being so packed was it any cooler inside or did the amount of people just make it hotter?

Definitely cooler, but I felt it was offset by not being able to move around and go see different players. In the past, before it started you could find Mike the Tiger (mascot), the Golden Girls would pose for photos (no Bea Arthur joke), cheerleader were around also. I didn't see any of them this year.

I think people need to realize there's no way to know how many people would show up. They had close to 9000 people there, that's the biggest crowd ever (and no it's not going on a t-shirt Alabama.)

I'd love to know what they could have done to plan it better. Other then add hours to signing time. But that ain't gonna happen.

Maybe it was hard to get a bunch of autographs because there were a ton of people there, and it would have been hard to get all the autographs you wanted even if it were held in the Superdome.

I think it was much better this year than last with the A/C, but what do I know, as with most fan bases it seems they can't win for trying most of the time.

They could have it in a bigger room where you can look around and see which lines are the shortest (indoor practice facility). The could have set it up so that you can see where each line ends. I think alot of people inadvertantly cut in line because they didn't even know where the back of the line was.

I give the organizers an A for effort, because the indoor part was much better than being in the sun, but the line organization was done poorly.

The AC was a plus....but as for the rest...it was disappointing. In the past, each player had their own line. Some were long. Some were short. You could easily get 30-40 autographs in a couple of hours. This year, you had to go through a whole position line (actually they cut some of them in half...so you chose half of the d-line) and that was basically all you had time for. I got about 8 cb/safety's....that was it for 2 hours. It was much better with the previous system and I hope they go back to it next year.

I didnt go to fan day but I have been to the last 8 bayou bashes. When they first went to the river center it was poorly organized. Last year they did a much better job and it was a lot easier to get food and beverages. Hopefully after this fan day they will learn and make next years better.

Typical LSU AD organization. Hope Alleva sees the light and does some house cleaning after being here for a little while. That department needs a major overhaul.......

This was my first. I got there around 2:15 and got in line for Coach Miles at 2:30. Then at 3:15, some kid says that everyone in line near me, since I was at the back, was not going to get to see Coach Miles and get a picture and autograph. They should have begun to cut the line off at a certain time. Luckily, Coach Miles stayed about 15 minutes longer and I was one of the last up there. Thank God for that. By the time they told us to get out of line, it would have been too late to get anyone else autograph and picture, so I just stayed in line. I guess patience paid off.

I will go again next year, but I hope it is better organized.

My family and I went yesterday. I do agree with most of you on here. The lines were confusing and seemingly had no end (or starting point). It was also hard to tell which lines were heading where, etc. I had my 2 year old with me so I wasn't going to wait 2 hours in a line with that one... They were nice about letting those not waiting in line walk right up to the booth to take pictures though. They even had a "special guy" to tell you where to stand to take Les's picture
