If you're not out here then I'd leave now. The line is wrapped around almost to the river. If I had to guess there's about 3,000 people in line already.

I am fixing to leave in 10 minutes from Mandeville. All I want to do is meet Coach Miles, get him to autograph my lsu helmet and maybe take a picture.
I should be there by 2. If you are in line, will they kick you out at 4 or do you have to be in line by a certain time?

Not sure. They just moved opening the doors up to 1. I think they'll let you in till the end.

I just don't want to stand in line from 2:30 till 4 and then they tell me that it is over and everyone in line needs to leave.

i just got back, i got the db's and the safeties. thats it. the lines are 10 times worse than last year, not kidding. last year i got around 30 are so autographs this year only 8. but this year they were selling game used jerseys and helmets. don't know how much the helmets are but the jerseys were 125 so i picked one up.

LSU sucks at coordinating any events. their staff is terrible. while it was nice to be inside, there was no order to the lines and everyone just seemed pissed off.

don't know what they were selling for today, but about 8-10 years ago, when the gamer helmets would sell the following season, the gift shop would sell your choice of what was left for 175.00.
FYI, when LSU sold Warren Morris's gold gamer, it sold for 5000.00. I only know this because I was on the list of buyers, by bidding, and was given the list.
For the 2000 Nat. championship gamers, baseball, top roster jerseys were going for around 2500, the bottom roster jerseys were going just above 550 each.
