The only way LSU would play NDSU is if they moved up to FBS and only then, in Tiger Stadium.

LSU already plays too many FCS schools already. NW State, McNeese, Southeastern, Southern this year, Grambling coming soon. I’m sure Nichols is going to want their turn as well. Then we have ULL, ULM, La Tech on a rotation of some sort. There is enough of this in state foolishness already and we don’t need to make a trip to Fargo, North Dakota to play another “small potatoes” team.

LSU already plays too many FCS schools already. NW State, McNeese, Southeastern, Southern this year, Grambling coming soon. I’m sure Nichols is going to want their turn as well. Then we have ULL, ULM, La Tech on a rotation of some sort. The only thing I really remember about that game was that it was at 10 in the morning, it was hot as balls, and everybody’s minds were on the impending Hurricane Gustav/getting home to batten down the hatches.

Nothing to gain from doing that. Even if you win the game it still will hurt your FPI rating
