Fundamentally Bad Team

Why does Coach O and staff consistently let poor effort and play continue. How do guys that highly recruited underperform. Piss poor coaching? Senior Receivers dropping passes should not see the field. We have too much talent to keep letting that happen. Guys who are missing tackles continuously see the field and continue to embarrass LSU. Even the O-line is pitiful. I hope LSU can open its eyes and let breakout players play like Jack Bech, Maason Smith, Boutte and potentially Nussmeier play more. Looks to me like no else has any heart other than those guys. What is everyone else's thoughts?

I'm as mystified as you are. No other college has highly rated recruits flame out and then disappoint.

No but you are a "fundamentally" bad fair weather fan however. You know nothing about football or what you think you know about our team.

O took a page out of Les Miles binder...."how to develop a QB" and applied it to the whole team.

It sure appears we have the Les Miles seniority system still in place.
WTF is the matter with playing the best players regardless of eligibility status...let the freshmen play if they are the better players...
There may be some ups and downs but the hungry want to eat...current effort by some players should have them on the bench...

LSU teams have historically played to their level of competition. Don't have the killer instinct to smell blood and put teams away.

Do you think LSU looks well coached? Is the team meeting your expectations? Are you satisfied with the teams performance?
