Your current design feels a little too bland and doesn’t fully project the strength of the message. With all the creative tools available today, I think there’s a great opportunity to make the sign more visually striking and impactful, something that really grabs motorists’ attention and highlights the message

The one in the OP isn't centered on the page and leaves a lot of blank space. There are some good mockups and a graphic designer could probably whip up something pretty quick.
Just don't want us coming across as some Clip Art fanbase.
