Allen yells keep your f!#@ing head up. Miles does not like and yells he doesnt need coaching from you. Get your arse in the back. Thats what I hear anyway.

Watching Hillard, Hill, and Copeland drive those guys back with their lower body strength gets me PUMPED!

Can't wait to see them in Jerry World

Yep. Allen always approaches the drill with the mentality of slipping a block. He needs to square up and try to drive his guy back.

Dillon Gordon looks impressive. He thoroughly dominated Beckwith.

Yep. This guy is our chain mover and didn't do a good job at it (got pushed back a lot). Seems like he is focused and ready to play.

Also Hill looks leaner than his big 233 frame from last year. The whole committee might be faster AND stronger than last year.

Copeland is a monster and he gets so damn low so his explosion is a sight to see. I love seeing him taking some dudes out. I want to see him take the rock some this year.

Hilliard looks like a different RB out there compared to last year.

Looks like he stepped it up big time this offseason in the weight room.

Gordon is impressive but Beckwith was set wrong and he came up too high!! Can't do that and expect to drive someone bigger than you backwards!

I'm guessing they see something in Duke and wanted to see how he would react

Or perhaps this was his punishment for something.

Copeland is the undefeated, untied champion of Big Cat. Feist made an momenetary stand against him a while back before the inevitable. I think him vs Mickey would be interesting.

I realize Big Cat is such a small piece of the football pratice pie but it was refreshing to see some of our RBs (Hilliard/Hill) win some.
