This is not terribly difficult to understand.

Simple solution: Alleva needs to be let go.

Win it all next year or retire

That bout sums it up...

I feel that you should always support your coach 100% until the day he is fired. But at this point im kinda glad they let him swing in the wind for two weeks.

unless you're a WR or TE. Then you realize you will seldom get a pass thrown your way.
Or the other schools recruiting you remind you of how antiquated and disfuntional a Miles coached team is. Then you start looking at other options.

Mike D. must be on drugs.

the people who cared about the future of the program had a plan in place to replace him

They had no real plan in place. If your plan, for argument's sake, was Jimbo Fisher and no one else, then that was not a plan..it was a fantasy.

If your plan was to romance Fisher while you still had a winning coach in place with a game to play and a guaranteed bowl appearance, that was incompetence...do you not think these guys talk to each other?

If your plan was to leak out your search while you still have a coach in place who is a winning coach that wins 75% of his games, you have to ask yourself who formulated the plan

If your plan A was Jimbo and your Plan B was Miles and then no one else...that's not a plan

Do you really believe that shite you just wrote, about miles biggest problems being the administration. Have you watched any of our games over the last 4-5 years. Miles biggest problem is that he is lost, confused on the sidelines, has no clue how to revamp the offense to take advantage of the new CFB rules and is to stubborn or pigged head to let his O.C. do it. Now the adm. totally screwed up this attempt to replace Miles, and they may have very well given miles a lift in the eyes of some fans and some recruits strictly related to sympathy for him regarding how he was treated in this deal. But the adm. is far from his real problems and we all know it!!!!!!!!
