On a Zoom conference. Boss wants to have a 'Happy Hour' virtually. Someone says, "Anyone watch the draft?" And some chick says, "Did you see my Buckeyes had the first 3 draft picks?" 
Friggin' all I could do to not throw out the F-bomb.

2nd month on the job... 62 people on the conference call including my boss, my boss' boss, and the division HR Nazi... So I very calmly said, "You know that's fightin' words for an LSU guy, right? Did ya'll get rid of him? We took him to the promised land."

My response would have been a polite, “Wow I thought the #1 pick had just won a NC. Didn’t LSU win the NC?” smdh

It's weird, if Brennan, for example, had transferred and went on to do everything Burrow did, I'd be ecstatic for him but in no way would I claim him as LSU's or think LSU should get credit. If anything I'd be pissed we screwed up the situation so badly.
