Wtf does him being black have to do with anything? Winning 4 games doesn’t qualify him to take over a multi billion dollar organization (and I like the guy). We tried it before with Mike Archer in the late 80’s and it ultimately failed.

Give him a recruiting/NIL only and analyst role. The RB room has gone down hill since Clyde like most things.
Some is do to the piss poor OL but the RB rotation/run game is a lot on him.
Bk would not even know who is in the game so I am sure Frank had free rein on who was in/out as he only has 2 RBs .
