Fox Sports' Tim Brando: Ed Orgeron has a chance to be the best story in college football

Really engaging stuff from Mr. Brando as he details his recent sit down interview with coach O and talks about his prospects for the Tigers this season. You won't find many people more plugged in to LSU football and Tim pulls no punches here. 13:30 mark of the video:

I have been a Brando apologist for years, his recent comments about the Shreveport Sports Facility upcoming vote being along racial lines because the mayor was black was absolutely absurd and flaming of the lowest brow.
But he was right it was along racial lines. All the council members of the black and white race voted 6-0 against it.
I'm done with Brando.

I believe they are still on his Twitter feed and I saw an interview on one of the TV stations as well.

Brando's comments on the Shreveport project were outrageous, inflammatory and inaccurate. But, they were registered in the press by Brando in the same arrogant, aggressively ignorant demeanor that caused his failure as a sports entertainer.

I saw Brando on the putting green at a charity golf pro-am we were both in the St Jude classic. I introduced myself to him as an LSU fan just to be friendly.
We visited for a minute and he was nice enough, but I got the distinct feeling he was no fan of lsu fans. Not sure what that is about.
On a somewhat related topic, he never made a putt while I was watching. Not throwing stones, just saying.

Timmy B is butt hurt because he probably invested cash for the g league arena in Shreveport. Pulling the race card was terrible. He needs to stay in his little bubble in Southern Trace.
