Bruh, the attention is on Fournette before he steps on the field. Just relax and let the season play out before you stone the coaches for not passing the ball to Fournette in game 1.

Memo to Les and Cam:
Pass to Fournette out of backfield.

It's been 1 game, on the road, to open the season and the SEC with basically a rookie starting QB,
How are you not getting this?
We did enough to win Saturday. Let the season develop and restart this thread after game 6 of it is still relavent.

He's a very good receiver. If I know that I'm sure the coaches have noticed.

I'm obviously talking about last year as well. Sure we used him 1 time well maybe each game last year but it's not enough. Why would you make the assumption that I'm only talking about game 1 smh.

WHY ISNT QUINN PLAYING WHY ISNT GUICE GETTING MORE CARRIES THEY SHOULD THROW IT MORE TO DIARSE WHY ISNT FOURNETTE CATCHING PASSES WHY ISNT CHARK PLAYING THEY NEED TO THROW BALLS TO THE TIGHT ENDS Apparently LSU fans think there is more than one football to go around

On this list, I only care about Fournette catching passes and throwing the ball to the TEs. I care about throwing the ball to LF because it's a way in a more creative way that could take advantage of a favorable matchup and possibly eliminate some of the wear and tear.

Also, somebody said that you can't run a play action to Fournette then pass it to him because everybody is focused on him. That seems like a good time to get the TEs involved.

Mainly, I just want to see them take advantage of matchups and openings that the defense is giving us.

I've been a little surprised by it too. It was a huge part of Cam's offense with Rice and Tomlinson.

100% agree. How dare LSU not throw him the ball in 1 of their 14 attempts.

We did try that screen early in the game but there was a penaltt on state.

I want harris/buga to be the second coming of the Mett sidearm screen to hill(btw i always lol when people say hill is not a good receiving back)

Ok then, last year we had a QB who couldn't throw a 5 yard pass. Please explain how we would use LF7 in the passing game when we couldn't throw the ball. Is this really that difficult?

There are plenty of ways to get fournette involved in both facets of offense and I don't care about all the other players you mentioned.

So you think they should work Fournette like a rented mule? That doesn't sound very smart. Too much talent on offense to wear down one guy. I don't think Miles is going to do something like that, thank God.

You said you didn't care about all of the other players mentioned. What's left to reread?

Two things. When you play action with Fournette, you are trying to hit a big play down the field since he draws so much attention. They did hit him down the middle against Ole Miss to exploit their cover 2, however.

Second, Fournette gets a ton of attention. I'm sure you notice but basically the defenders flow with him no matter the play. When you play action with him, it is difficult to get him "open in the flat" because he brings a lot of flow and attention with him. Basically, what you are advocating for is a play where you draw a ton of attention to him and then try to "sneak" a pass to the guy that you put a ton of attention on. If you are going to use Fournette to attack the flat, you would have more success leaking him out against blitz looks, imo.

I agree with this.Every team will have a player (LB usually)shadowing LF.

We used him as a wildcat quarterback this past weekend. The coaches want him to touch the ball as much as possible.

No. Zero teams will do this unless they are in man coverage. No team running zone coverage is going to shadow Fournette.

You should get your agent to put your name out there for the OC job at LSU.
