Condolences. Sims and I were contemporaries. Started at LSU the same year, 1987.

Very nice guy. I’m going to miss him. We joked often at work. He would tell me stories from his high school and LSU days. It’s been a rough morning.

Wayne is forever etched in my memory being a part of my favorite LSU basketball teams. Shaq, Jackson, Vernel, Sims, Mo Williamson, Harold Boudreaux.....Jefferson Pilot basketball Wednesday nights and Saturday afternoon. Lived for it.
