It has, in fact, been stated & discussed multiple times on this board since the game against Ole Miss.

Because the team won a NC while LM was coach.

honestly.. if you take most 8-9 win teams right now, their schedules will look very similar..

...and LSU is 8-3 under Miles and Ole Miss is only one loss, right?? i mean, LSU has won 8 games this year. why would LSU fire a successful bowl coach, right???

LA Laf 6-5

Plays Troy.

Georgia 6-5

They play 10-1 Georgia Tech. Ooops.

Auburn 7-4

Could be the only team above .500 we beat this year.

So of the three teams with winning records we've beaten, only one is more than a game above 0.500.

Georgia will be favored to LOSE against GT, and if that happens, they'll be at 0.500.

ULL will probably lose to Troy making them 0.500

Auburn will likely lose to Alabama making them 7-5.

If we can't beat Arkansas, then we'll have 2 wins against BCS teams with winning records (not including our Bowls).

Wow. 2 wins. If we count bowl wins and beat Arkansas, we'll at best have 5 wins in 2 years against BCS teams with winning records. Sad.

So LSU's best win is against Auburn?

Yikes.

Might be our best regular season win the past two years as sad as that may sound.

Auburn isn't good this year. We're not horrible like last year, but really this is a complete rebuilding year and everyone knew that coming in.

This would concern me if I were an LSU fan.

I think a grossly overrated Auburn team LAST YEAR was the signature win. It gets more depressing the more you look at it.

Because before Ole Miss, Miles was a genious.

Unfortunately, he woke up stupid on Saturday.

Simple rantard reasoning.

This is not that difficult to figure out.

LSU is not a very good football team this season.

Outwardly it would seem that our season next year will be much tougher.
