For years we have been frustrated that other teams have been able to plug in

freshmen or new QBs and the offense doesn't miss a beat.

For the first time, LSU through Coach E (and the system Joe Brady brought in) has shown that we have that capability.

That is huge from a continuity standpoint.

Its huge from a recruiting standpoint.

technically we’ve been doing that for over a decade.

swap out QB and the offense still looked equally shitty.

Absolutely correct. The top programs roll out capable QB's, one right after another.

Yep, I commented on this on the Scoreboard saturday night....huge culture change shows that freshman can come in and put up yards in the SEC and be successful.

Indeed. It's pretty awesome.

I like the first reply though... we had continuity for years. It's just that continuity was that no matter what QB got plugged in they were going to suck.

Myles and TJ are the first QBs in CEO's tenure, including the interim year, that weren't transfers in. So it's good to see some in-house production.

Just think what Nuss, Howard, Holstein and Manning were thinking watching the game. They saw a TrFR QB come in and have the BEST TrFR first game start in the history of LSU football. TJ wasn't known for being an accurate QB in high school and he stepped in and hit for 80%.

Each now see that LSU will coach them up and get the best out of them. The QB room of the future is looking mighty bright.

Yes I thought LSU couldn't develop QBs. T J looked pretty developed to me.

..and we are going to bench him, unlike the top-tier programs.

Our QB’s could win for straight heismans andhe could be named the starter before committing, he still wouldn’t come
