Is ironic how you talk about irony. It's also ironic how you project everything you hate about yourself to me. I simply stated what I think about Will Wade. It's true. He's not a great x and a coach. He recruits very athletic players who can't Shoot. I explained the rest already. I'm not gonna repeat it. There's nothing inaccurate about what I said. You think he's Mike Krzyzewski Apparently.
The especially sad part is we're on a chat board for college athletics.
The validation you get from this is so important to you,..And I don't wanna take that from you. I really don't, but sometimes people need a reality check. Facts don’t matter to this guy and his fast break comments can be debunked with the first highlight of Naz Reid’s career which was a break vs UNC Greensboro. If you google Naz Reid LSU highlights it’s the first play you’ll see lol.

I agree. To the extent he cheated , and not one single charge against Wade has been proven, it was necessary to win a recruiting battle with the "green bloods". He just had the misfortune of communicating with a person under FBI surveillance. Wade did a great job here and could have been on the precipice of getting the program into a perennial Top 15 level. It didn't happen due to bad luck, Now its time to move on. Wade i snot returning to LSU no matter what happens with McMahon and its long past time for the daily barrage of posts needs to stop. I bet some of you who are pining for his return were the same ones piling on any time he lost a game.

I agree with this. Unfortunate series of events. But he also had his work cut out for him going into the 22-23 season. That highly ranked class was a bit underwhelming in performance. But I’m sure he could have found some guy guys out of the portal.

This doesn’t matter anymore. NOTHING ABOUT WILL WADE AT LSU MATTERS ANYMORE. Not why he was fired. Not what could have been. Not obsessing over the non-existent possibility of him returning. He’s long gone and he’s never going to be here again.
All that matters now is that he’s never coming back. Let’s hope the next hire is better and let that be that. Will Wade is the past. Just leave him there.

Probably true. We initiated firing a winner, which puts ownership on the AD to replace Wade with someone who achieves at a similar level or better. The outrage is the discrepancy between team performance between Wade and McMahon and fact this is what AD chose to do. I suspect it would be much quieter if McMahon achieved at a similar level. Wade’s fiery persona and passion for LSU are intangibles that likely enhance his legacy and support, but if McMahon goes to tournament this year and last I think it’d be much quieter. The outrage is firing a proven winner and choosing a loser and being terrible at basketball again. Sure was fun to win and play meaningful basketball in March.

It’s such a crazy trope that seems to have been invented here, strictly to attack WW. It’s as if these people don’t realize there are highlights and games easily accessed that disprove this silly falsity. This guy has just taken it further with the fast break nonsense. IMO McMahon is the worst coach I’ve ever seen here but I’m not going to say something as stupid as “his teams have never once executed a fast break”. Thats a totally new level of delusion and insanity.

Nancy,.... this is just Tiger rant. You don't have to be so offended by Someone telling you that will wade Never had sophisticated offenses etc. And wasn't that great of a coach. Good recruiter, though. And I'm not a Matt sunshine pumper. He's not that great of a coach either. Deal with reality
