I think when a prospective coach was shown how the current head coach basically tried to run off his hand picked OC though rumor, damaging recruiting and breaking promises he made to hire that coach. I'm sure they would not be turned off because that school expected better.

Anyway Scott Woodward is the AD at Texas A&M he has a successful track record as an AD at Washington he hired Chris Peterson who got Washington into the playoffs. He thinks enough of Jimbo Fisher to pay him $7.5M a year, a contract that pretty much guarantees that if Fisher fails Woodward loses his job too.
