well to be fair, these "idiots" as you called them, never wanted him hired in the first place. So how long do you hold on to a bad hire after you see it failing? 1 season? 2? 3?

Top tier coaches aren't gonna be position coaches or have a terrible HC record.

O's colleagues know he's a garbage coach. They wouldn't read too much into it.

Eaux's colleagues saw what he did after taking over for a fired Kiffin and what he did after taking over for a fired Les Miles and know your statement is bullshite.

They would ask why a coach with the recruiting classes and hiring's he has made would be fired before being given a chance to wreck shite.

they also saw usc say no to him and know he was cooking gumbo when miles hired him because nobody wanted O. Coaches know on game day they look over see O and giggle.

Losses to UCLA and Florida. Followed up by Miss State and Troy when he got the HC gig. Followed by a publicly baffling OC relationship.

I think they'd understand.

He will not reach even Miles’ Post-2011 level. And that’s not his fault entirely, he just can’t do it.

Yeah, like you know shite. You don't see the lines he is building. Do you think Hotlips beats LSU in 2019?

You don’t understand the sole reason O was hired is because he owes the administration complete loyalty for giving him the job

LSU is saddled with the most O and D line depth they have had in years. Hopefully the DC can not blow leads and use the guys to LSU's advantage.

Wouldn't you love to see this dude's computer screen? 15 tabs with TD on, 1 for each alter. Another 5-6 monitoring local media, and another 5-6 monitoring national media

That may be the guys job. You jealous or what?

So, no excuses next year, right?

What, in your opinion, would be a successful season next year? What do you think would be a disappointing season next year?

Just incredible. How does having modest success with a MAC program transition into challenging proven winners like Saban, Smart, Jimbo, Mullen and even Muschamp in the SEC Game Of Thrones?

To get in that mix, we're probably going to have to make an educated guess on a coach. Hiring one of those top guys away is a pipe dream and we need to face reality that our next hire isn't going to be one of those guys.

Smart was an example of an educated guess that worked. He had worked for Saban for years and was lauded as a top defensive coordinator. No one knew he would be this good, but the pedigree and indicators that correlate with good coaches were there. Fleck has pedigree in that he took a lower level program and made it good.

There's always going to be a risk, but there's a little risk hiring a proven guy, more risk hiring unproven guys with good indicators of future success, and then there's making an incredibly stupid hire like Orgeron, who has proven nothing other than he can recruit.

That's the problem with idiots who expected a national championship in Eaux's first year with Les' players - kickers, WR's, O-line and D-lines.

Wait until some more of they guys besides the 30+ true and RS freshmen play.

Fehoko, Giles and Moss about to show up and wreck shite alongside Greedy, White, Delpit, Charles and Ingram to name a few.

Has anyone pointed out that this is the exact scenario Orgeron is trying to accomplish by firing his OC after one year? Why would a top OC take this job under Orgeron who will meddle and then fire you after one year?
