I just want to know if our Offensive line can actually get a push in the run game. And very worried about Chester
OL Coaching and Personnel are a shite show now and will be a shite show in the Fall.
OL will be the downfall of the program and will cause the end of the Butter Kreme regime.

Of course it is.

OL Coaching and Personell are not up to LSU/SEC standards.

I would say QBs that can scramble when needed like Burrow over a running QB
Burrow was not a scrambler lol. lsu people saying that always make me laugh. Sure he doesn't have the speed for it in the NFL, but he was 100% a dual threat in college ans why i wanted him from Ohio St. That 7 OT game Burrow ran 29 times for 100 yards and 3 TDs. Aint no damn scrambling QBs running 15 times in regular game regulation. In 8 of his 13 games that year, he ran at least 9 times. Only 3 games did he run less than 7 times. Vs Bama, Clemson, UGA, and Florida his 2nd season, he ran 45 times (10.1 carries per game) for 206 yards (4.57 ypc)

Losing 4 starters, did anyone think otherwise?

If you lose 4 starters, the sane thing to do would be to bring in 4 from the portal that can play in the SEC. LSU Insanely didn't do that.

What I was getting at is he could scramble and pick up 5-7 yards when needed. You don’t have to be an athletic freak like Daniels and run for 100 a game to win. It’s nice, but if you can pass well and scramble and pick up 5-7 on third down or so when needed you are in a good spot. Burrow did not have near the designed runs in college that Daniels did.

Aren't you the guy who is always talking about bring in the marching band when he was in college?

Not to be insensitive, but do you think discussing offensive line play is really in your wheelhouse?

That's a complete recipe for disaster. and will absoltely allow the OL shite show that I've predicted, to unfold into realty. Where's Thompson and Moore?

Oh good. We have the useless opinion of the biggest idiot on this board. No one here knows less about OL play or coaching than you do, so I feel better already.

This is surprising? Didn’t Aaron run a kickoff back in the bowl?

They got two of the top transfer portal linemen in the country. What more can they do?

At some point you are going to have to start blaming the OL coaching because this is a yearly problem under Davis. This dude is not developing these linemen at all. Good recruiter but below average coach. Might be time to start looking for an OL coach that can develop players.

The Summer of Ten Thousand Passes is needed for all the chemistry to be fine tuned.

Joey; have a long talk with Nuss outlining exactly how this was designed, devised and implemented.

That’s a good idea. Hope Nuss and receivers can get something worthwhile accomplished this summer.

As far as the Ol goes, do we really know yet if coaches have seen enough of Moore and Thompson practicing with the other returning players to accurately access their potential to contribute next fall? Isn’t this type of thing that the fall workouts will help determine?

It was previously posted that the staff wants the transfers expected to start to earn those jobs.

Every time this has happened it’s been due to poor timing between the snapper and holder. Do you actually watch football or just pretend to?

He does not have a strong leg, and gets very little loft on a lot of his kicks, which is why he gets them blocked, at least as often as botched snap/hold. Hopefully the ST coach will work on that. Oh, wait…
