The above assume that TT sells out to stop our run early like several teams worse than TT managed to do.

Alas, those other teams couldn't run away from us and force us to pass so, eventually, we ran them over(with the obvious exceptions).

My concern is that if we take 3 drives to "find" our running game, we could be down 21-0.

I really have no clue. We could kill them or they could kill us. I'm going to lean to the side that they'll be a little more amped up and excited to play us.

Trolling/keeping my expectations low as to avoid disappointment baw. Hell, we lost to a terrible Notre Dame team in a bowl game last year. Hell, we got blown out in 3 straight games this year baw.
