He only threw 15 pitches today. Does this count as a game for him in terms of his use as a pitcher in upcoming games or is it like he never pitched?

Doubt he pitches again today. Still had to warm up. Could throw tomorrow if needed.

He seems to keep it knee high or lower all the time lately. Really good spots he’s hitting.

There is a process to pitching .
His day started differently in that he went through a series of stretches and warm up and pen session leading up to the start and now there is a cool down and stretching process and then additional care of maybe even icing.
So once you start even with so few pitches thrown , not likely you pitch again til the next day at the earliest.

ETA- Beck, Sanders and Fontenot ...dayum fellas! Lights out !

He had really good movement and velocity. Ump was also giving him a little off the outside edge that I've seen other umps call balls. That's not to take anything away from his stuff.
