I just left the squadron in November! 
Tried like hell for 3+ years to get them to let me lead the fly-by, but no dice. Now as soon as I leave they get to do one.
Heard they looked good and it was exciting. I'll give 'em a little s___ for being 30 seconds late. Guess it was kinda early in the morning.

Had to stage out of Shreveport instead of BR.
No Radio guy on ground to coordinate timing.(He had to Hurrivac). Someone on a cell phone calling BTR airport then trying to relaying to us. Hazy as all getout. Made it all fun and interesting. I had us off by about 15 to 2o seconds due to a late push. I was just hoping someone in the upper got a photo or 2. All in all LSU staff was awesome.

They were F/A 18s however they were WAYYYY late.. I considered that a big frick up since they came over while they were talking about our second NC. They were not anywhere close to flying over after the National Anthem. It was cool to see but would have been nice if they didnt screw up the presentation. Of course they got some idiots to raise the 2007 flag that didnt know what they were doing anyways.
