Got blasted vs Mizzou and losing at home to a bad SC team.

The early Jon Sumrall hype was clearly premature this FL team is not good they got an ole Miss team that was coming off an emotional high vs us

The actual truth bomb is that Ole Miss isn't that good. Which makes our loss to them even more frustrating in retrospect. They will likely finish 8-4 this year

Judging a coach after 1 year is premature. Judging one after 1 month is rant syndrome

Remember a couple weeks ago when 2026 Florida was being compared to 2019 LSU?

Wilfong also Fonged Pickett to Oregon. Our insiders are still confident Royal will be a tiger

I don’t disagree, but I also understand the amount of emotion that went into the LSU/Ole Miss game

I think it’s almost impossible not to feel flat after that game.

Time will tell but I think Florida was given a perfect opportunity to strike and Ole Miss will recover.

Josh Pate

I know he said they would be compared to them by others, but that was still silly talk.

If he chooses Jon Sumrall over Lane Kiffin as a receiver truly that’s on him

OM had a terrible defense and not much of an OL. They arent good. They will quit after a few more losses

When you make your 3rd game the biggest game of the season id imagine its tough to keep that motivation going once it passes.

I don’t think they’re that great. If Louisville had a qb they lose that one also.
