He walked it back post game yesterday. He probably meant to say they weren’t starting and just didn’t specify that before game 1.

again, i think reporters were taking what Jay said out of context. In game or not, Evans and Schmidt are both throwing bullpen sessions this week. They were never just not throwing this week. Evans is throwing his bullpen session in tonight's game.
