They can hit. Straight up. Holman didn’t necessarily have it last weekend but they hit him good. Only team to do that all season.

after seeing the replay on the Bear stretch at 1st... I'm just glad he didn't get his hand spiked... that was very close to being full body weight coming down in the form of a metal cleat on his hand

No shite! It seemed to me that Bear saw the foot coming down and pulled his hand back at the last second.
Also absolutely great win! Decisive, and to only use 2 arms is massive.

You read my mind.
I've been going to about 20 LSU Baseball home games a season for the last 22 seasons and that was one of the best regular season games EVER at Alex Box.
Shutting down Caglianone and holding that Gator offense to 1 run with just two pitchers was AWESOME.
And timely hits by the Tigers were a sight for sore eyes!
Can't wait to get out there tomorrow and win this series.

I want every LSU fan to take a good look at that inning. When shite like that happens to LSU, our fans are so quick to say we're the worst team ever.
But it DOES happen to even the best teams. And Florida is no exception. They are a top 10 team and will come out to prove that tomorrow.
