Breeze Airlines out of Gulfport has a direct flight to Vegas that leaves Friday and returns Monday. Reasonable prices. I shelled out for their Nicest seat to be a baller.

$1,000 for one person? That’s ludicrous

It should never cost over $1,000 to fly anywhere in the lower 48

Trust me, I know. I went to Maui in Jan 2023 for $800

They know LSU fans (especially from LA) are traveling en masse to Vegas….demand for this trip is high

I’ve never seen Vegas flights this expensive … EVER. When I book a flight to Vegas I expect 300-400…. And that’s out of BTR

Who is “they” … and do “they” allow you to take a bag?

Screen shot please…I’m sincerely hoping you provide cause I’ve got some friends on the fence about coming because the flight cost is too much for them

$150 absolutely sounds great, But what’s the catch?

I live in the west Houston area and am flying out of Austin which was a little over $300 instead of $600+. I don't have to fight Houston traffic & since the Austin airport is on SE side, I don't have to fight their traffic either.

ETA... I booked my flights 4 months ago

The way my wife and I had to plan the trip, (sat-mon) the flights were ridiculous. We’re flying Nola to Burbank/ Burbank to Vegas on Saturday and return Vegas to Burbank/ Burbank to Nola on Monday.

I think I paid $400 total for flights. I used points for the Burbank to Vegas flights.

Idk about 150, but if you’re willing to do Saturday - Tuesday and aren’t too picky on the depart/return times the prices get chopped in half nearly from what I’ve seen.

I’m doing super early Saturday and coming back late Tuesday. Also not flying out of BR so that’s a big difference. Also made the hotel stay cheaper overall with less prime time days out there.

That said, you can get in the $600-$800 range for this game if you’re not picky about times and not picky about airlines

Those are all insane

Can’t control Mother Nature…weather has been awful in DFW the last month. With 800 flights a day that AA has in DFW…weather, obviously, will play havoc with the schedule.
