Well my portfolio is up over 20% this year as it was last year and the year before. If this guy has only 5% of his net worth in the market that’s $250,000,000 at work. At 20% return he can donate $50M a year and never touch his 5% principal.
$50M isn’t what it used to be when you see $1M homes all over BR. This is no money for this guy.
