I can't argue with that. All I can say is that I didn't see it.

Watch the video...three refs, no flags.

Go to your video at the point where CBS is counting the 13 players (2:45 mark) look at the ref under the goalpost, he is counting the UT players, he is the one that throws the flag

That said he didn't throw it at the snap but it was on the field before the play was over

He didn't throw it very far, maybe 2-3 yards. I ran right by it as the game was "over" thinking it was an offensive penalty.

Also that is the endzone that is painted gold...the flag may have blended in a little

This is accurate. I was one of the few who saw it as it was in the gold paint only 5-10 feet from the corner of the endzone near the student section.

+1

No one around me saw it, and it got so chaotic it took a good minute to get the people I was with to notice it. I watched 10 people leave and not come back lol.

You can't really see it thrown - but it looks like a flag laying on the ground near the top of the "S" at the 43 or 44 second mark of this video.

Look at that, you agree I'm right. Isn't selective quoting fun.

You're about as poised as our coaches during a 2 minute drill.

So you're just shrugging off your selective quoting and insulting me. Good job.

Not sure when it was throw, but it's there in this pic.

The ref by the goal post threw at least one of the flags. He is only in the video for a split second but you can see him reach and grab the flag and begin to throw it then he moves out of view. You can't see the flag but his motion is clear. The end zone is also gold so its hard to pick up the flag. This is where at least one flag came from and it was right at the snap.

You know, it really doesn't matter, now does it? The refs knew there were too many TN players on the field before the ball was snapped. It didn't really make any difference whether the flag was on the ground before or at 0:00. We still win!

It was right after Lod Cook delivered the briefcase of cash.

Then we overpaid. This play would have been reviewed no matter what and the right call, no matter how weird or controversial it was should have been made.

Pause it at 1:34, you see the Back Judge clearly counting the players then reach for the flag as he is moving out of the screen. It's really no that difficult people.

As pointed out before (classice Volfan video) there is not a spot on the "S" when the ball is snapped, the camera shakes, and then there is a mark on the "S". That mark is the flag thrown by one of the back judges under the goal post.

Was that play reviewable if there was no flag?
