yes, and even before that. There was an early game, at home I believe but I forget the opponent, where we had the last possession with a chance for the win. Ben got the ball 15 feet from the basket with about 10 seconds left. Took a dribble or two and then.....passed to a teammate further from the hoop and not wide open.
I was pretty shocked about that at the time, but now I realize it was just standard for Ben.

That was Marquette in NYC. Even Kara Lawson, who was the color commentator for that game, was questioning why Ben didn't try to win the game.
