I remember the 77-0 game against rice, Carlos Carson was called "the gallopping Ghost" in the morning advocate the next morning. I was also at the LSU-FSU game with my dad when the oranges kept hitting the field.
But my first LSU game ever was with my dad, and Charlie Mac was coaching. We played against Kentucky and they beat us. A chant of "Help Mac Pack" started and I, having no idea what I was saying, joined right in.
I will say this, everytime I enter Death Valley, it is always a special experience for me!

Miami Ohio 1990. LSU won 35-7. They sold mini-footballs back then and some dude chunked one from the northeast corner and hit a Miami Ohio player in his thigh as he got set.
that's all i remember really.

LSU-Texas A&M 1970. I was 8 yrs old. Unfortunately, we lost 20-18.
Nonetheless, incredibly fond memories.

The 1958 Billy Cannon run against Ole Miss. My uncle was the the little guy running from the 30-35 yard line into the end-zone stride for stride with Cannon; my Dad and I thought that he was going to be arrested, but he wasn't.He was a Doctor and had great side-line seats with no fence. 2009 and still going!

My first game was the Notre Dame game in 1986.
LSU won 21-19. Tim Brown was a junior. Both teams had a kick returned for a td. We stopped ND on fourth down inside the five yard in fourth qtr. Great game.

Mine was LSU Ole Miss 1990. I have two vivid memories from that game. One is seeing 2 must of been in there sixties men siting passed out next to a pile of bottles and the other is looking up at the upper deck and seeing all the confederate flags. LSU lost but the best was not the game but going in the locker room after. 2 years later i saw Ole Miss win again in Jackson and when my mother was dragging me out of the stadium and i was crying not to go even Billy Cannon had left the building. Season tickets came in 97 and with the good and the bad no team has been able to keep my attention like the tigers. Even after growing up in Mississippi. Like my father who moved to the Magnolia state at the age of 8 or 9, his hatred for the Bear and the rebels are with me everyday.
Geaux to Hell Ole Miss

Nov. 4, 1961, vs Ole Miss. My Dad had 3 tickets and there were 4 of us. He sneaked my brother in and we squeezed in the 3 seats. I forget who was #1 at the time, but they had been beaten that afternoon and Ole Miss was in line to be #1 and were favored. When they took the field, they had a rebel flag that covered the entire football field that they brought out. The fog settled in as the game went on, and the mystic of Tiger Stadium took over. Tigers win - 10-7. I was hooked, and almost 50 years later, I'm still hooked and going to the games. Love them Tygas

1980 - first game of the season. FSU beat us 16-0. My former HS teammate kicked 3 FG's for FSU and went on to become an All-American that year.

LSU-Houston opener Dinardo's 1st-2nd year...Down 20 something at half and Kevin Faulk come off the bench(injury I think) and took over. Fans left at the half and then were trying to get back in towards the end...NEVER GIVE UP!!!

LSU vs Miami-Ohio in 2002. Pretty uninspiring game, but i remember riding up to the stadium in the back of a buddies truck and being in AWE at the sheer size of the stadum and the number people out during the day,

I was a senior in high school, went up to BR to visit my sister so her boyfriend got me a date with a fraternity brother ~ 1965 Tulane game. Final score: 62-0. I was ready to enroll right then but had to wait until the following fall. Great years to be a tiger. Pete Maravich and Tommy Casanova were my favorite tigers.

my first game was Miss st i believe it was sabans first year. we were down 3 tds going into the 4th quarter and came back to tie it and won in overtime. It was so loud in the 4th quarter i could not here my girlfriend say anything. i live out of state and cant go to as many games as i would like to, so my list is shorter than most everyone elses on this board. i am still i diehard tiger and have been for 20 years. i live for the games every sat.
