Even if we did fire him I am not sure we can trust Woodward to make a good hire. His track record suggests he would throw money at a mediocre coach

Kelly is here to stay barring moral turpitude or some such. I think he is a below average coach compared to his peers meaning he is not likely to win any sort of championship at LSU. The game "adjustments" at the half were baffling. The team committed multiple critical unforced penalties. He does not insist on excellence from everyone. I see multiple 9-3 and 8-4 seasons in LSU's immediate future. He will roll out of LSU a rich man with nothing for LSU to show for it.
