Finally moving some visitor seats

to upper south for 2014 season. 1000 of the south end zone visitor seats per TAF. This is long over do.

finally. if i'm not mistakes LSU gives visitors the best seats compared to other SEC schools.

The new upper south being constructed. They will be above the club seats and be connected to west and east upper decks.
