Are you telling me, Fremin makes about the same as Beth? Granted, I have no idea how much he makes, but if SLU pays their softball coach anything near LSU, something is wrong.

Cut off player, Hodge, catches the ball and turns the wrong way to throw the ball home. This is why it wasn’t close at home. It looks like they don’t even practice relay throws, as evidence by this play and many other plays where they don’t even hit the cut off man, allowing runners to hitter to take an extra base and get into scoring position.

No Fremin doesn’t get paid what Beth does but he’s not 10 times better Coach. Slu wouldn’t have scored 3 runs before this inning if our golden ticket 3rd baseman would not make an error. On a routine play.

I think they will come back and win in the bottom of the 7th. But, it is very embarrassing, especially up 3.
