Why do people think Mo being on the sidelines means Alleman or Hairston get benched? Teams typically have more than one kicker.

If she can make the team, more power to her.
Virginia Tech has a similar situation, a female kicker tried out for a place at spring practice and by all accounts did a heck of a job. Beamer welcomed her to the roster.

I love Mo Isom as much as anybody; but I don't see her ever wearing a Tiger football uniform. The University doesn't need a feel good story to air every 30 minutes on ESP?? whatever. She's the frickin Homecoming Queen not a jock or someone who is expected to do a man's job. Let this discussion die a slow death. We don't need any drama on this football team.

What's her size?--height and weight, I mean. Could she handle a fake field goal (if asked to kick those), and could she tackle someone if she were the last player preventing a kickoff runback for TD?
