If you didn't make the effort to go to the game you contribute to the bad atmosphere.

The UCLA fans we talked to at the tailgates were having a great time. They were blown away by all the tailgates. I told them this was very tame day.

Yeah they’ll say overrated experience hands down but it was the middle of the day, a below mediocre opponent and 120 heat index out there. Not prime conditions for a Death Valley experience. Come back for in November or for Ole Miss.

uh, you do understand that TV networks control game times, not the SEC or the universities.

And TV only cares about ratings. And I don't really blame them, since ESPN and ABC paid $3 billion for a 10-year broadcast deal with the SEC.

11am -- it's too early. Muh tailgate

230 - it's too hot. The east side is a sauna

700 - traffic is horrible.

At what time would our bitch arse fanbase like a game to be played? If yesterdays game was at 7 the crowd would have disappeared at halftime.

You referring to a team that had just blown out a conference rival and was hosting a top 25 team they haven’t beaten since 1994? It was also 81° in Columbia last Saturday.

These two things are not the same.

I don’t know how they could but solving the traffic problem would do a lot I am sure. Hire some Dutch firm to get it done.

You’re thinking too logically. Better plan is to charge everyone a lot of money knowing most won’t go to the game and thereby lessening traffic. No expense needed!

Quit monetizing traffic. Let people park where its most efficient for them. Get rid of the command and control Barney Fife assholes on a power trip in the free parking lots. Quit declaring free lots full and not letting late comers in after the tailgaters leave. Go back to the parking policies 90's.

The more they try to make it a better experience the more they frick it up.
