You can see the rest of the Vandy sideline reacting to Joe’s kind words. They must have been so moved!

I love this killer attitude joe has. That confidence is huge for a qb.

Joe B is a class act, but I don’t buy his “published” reply. Bet he had quite a smile on his face when he answered the question. Kid is quite a leader.

If Joe was any longer he’d straight-up impale women.

I get what you’re saying though and I agree.

Joe heard something he didn't like from Vandy's sideline, he thinks he's an Olineman.

According to Cody Worsham's podcast today, Joe told the Vandy guy that because of that hit "he is going to hang 500 on them".

Agreed. His demeanor is usually cool, confident, business-like. If he starts getting chirpy, you know it's b/c someone F'd with him. Love that he doesn't put up with shite.

I know this isn't the Poli board
but he reminds me of Trump. Love it.

He is the best QB I’ve seen at LSU other than Tommy and Rohan.

He is the fricking man.

I was about to ask as well. I didn’t get to watch it.

if unprovoked, absolutely, he seems to be a magnet for cheap shots so I'll cut him some slack two way street though, I'd be willing to bet he gets "over hit" because he's a world class trash talker

I think this was a throwaway and the defender rode him out of bounds all the way to the wall (not called).

I think Joe also made a gesture with his hands roughly "5" "0" - but could have been "5" "0" "0" which is consistent with either 50 points or 500 yards, because I thought I saw him repeat it, so I'll say could have been either one, but in hindsight, I think he meant 500 yards.

I love Joe and his bravado as well....but he doesn't always need to go full "Trump" and needlessly make himself a target!

I'll go back and watch the dvr again, but it looked to me that both Burrow and the defender were both still in bounds when the defender pushed him from behind. I don't think the defender rode him out at all. I think it was a quick but hard push... and certainly harder than necessary, but still in bounds in my opinion. If anyone has a time during the game I'd appreciate it.

ETA: The incident is around the 5:55 mark of the 2nd Quarter

In bounds hit

Defender let up as Burrow crossed sideline
