It's taking me a few days to come to terms with are showing in Houston and i really gotta say that i thought while we played good, and the vibe the whole weekend was truly a "Celebration of College Baseball" - I'm wondering if we've lost are edge as the 'most knowledgable fans'. Does the fanbose know that we are playing for a super regional in every at-bat?
Granted - LSU Superfan Chris Guillot was there. And so was the "K-Lady". But i really felt like the fanbase lacked leadership going into those last few innings. None of us seemed like we really wanted it. I don't want to see him go but maybe the days of Leatherlung Guillot are numbered. I love all of you and I hope we can bring the heat from here on out.

++ I'm not saying that we DON'T want it. I'm saying that don't REALLY want it.
When my son was in 7th grade, he WANTED a 4.0 GPA, but he wasn't wanting to go the extra mile.
We need to go the extra mile and prove to our team that we NEED it.

I blame myself for my sons' GPA that semester. Killed me to ground him from playing baseball that year.
He's grown now but I wonder if he would have played for Bertman if I'd let him play back then.
Just don't want our guys or are fanbase to have the regret that I do

I went to the Baylor game and the stands were dominated by LSU fans.
The team is young, and they'll improve as the season progresses. It doesn't have anything to do with the fans.
