I get it, we haven’t seen him play much but I think about it this way. Would all these top wideouts just commit knowing Joe Burrow will not be here next year? I’m sure these recruits have seen Myles throw the ball in practice and in limited time. You don’t just sell offensive recruits on the offensive system. They want a leader that they know can command the offense and get them the ball. I have a good feeling about Brennan.

In the spring, it's his job to lose.

Some on here will say they went out and got Burrow for a reason. We all see why now.

IMO, Parrish will give him a run for his money, or should.

The keys to the Ferrari shouldn't just be handed over.

nah. We had elite receivers commit to us with Miles' antiquated offense and bad QBs.

The attraction now (other than simply the LSU brand) is Joe Brady's wide open offense.

Joe Burrow has definitely helped some young men on offense have the potential to become some rich older men down the road. I'd love him too for helping to pad my resume.

From what I’ve seen, I hope we have a big time freshman coming in or are able to get another transfer.

LSU has never needed an elite QB to land elite skill players.

I have faith that he has learned a shite ton the past two years from Burrow(especially this year)...i believe we went and got Burrow because Myles just wasnt ready and not because he wasnt any good...He has grown and matured a lot since then and having the keys to the offense and being able to practice with the #1s and establish timing with the WRs over the off season he will be fine...

I believe the biggest mistake/issue LSU Fans will have is comparing him or any other QB to Joe and always wanting to get a new guy in there because the starter is struggling for whatever reason

I hate to say it but Joe is a once in a decade if not longer type of player...and to compare anyone to Joe especially there first year as a starter is unfair to the player

We won't know his faith until February with the signing class. If we sign 23 or 24 guys. That means someone from the portal is likely coming here. If we lock in at 25. Brennan is the guy next fall.

Man, we haven't seen what Brennan is in a full game time situation yet. We need to "pump the brakes" on conjecture eaither way you see it.

No reason to doubt Brennan now. Hes got the same skill set and build as Burrow and is in a much better situation coaching wise.

This is where Brady comes in. It's called coaching up a player.

You never want to be the guy following the guy.

Comparing Burrow & Brennan is a really bad move...

This is all important, but I don't think I've ever cared so little about NEXT year

Also, being around Brady and getting full reps in the spring, will not give us a Burrow, but a close clone.

Dude, we been signing top WRs for eons without the promise of a great QB and without any semblance of a passing scheme. The recent success is just the cherry on top.
