The inability to disagree with someone without name calling would suggest who is the more mentally challenged.

Abate the Asbestos in the old dorm rooms and change the areas for restaurant type concessions with huge bathrooms. There’s South, East and North Dorms.

I think you should go for a more comfortable experience if you are going to get people to leave their Lazy Boys and 70+ UHD screens. After that, the priority would be to improve the wifi, the concessions and the bathrooms.

In no particular order they need to do these:

1. Replace those cheap arse bleachers down the lines at the Box with nice chair back seats. the Box has really fallen behind other stadiums especially in the SEC.

2. Completely replace the PMAC - you can only put so much lipstick on a pig. Copy Ole Miss's Pavilion.

3. Renovate Tiger Stadium right - More leg room, better quality seats - all lower bowl seats have chair backs.

Completely gut the internals and start from scratch on concessions/ bathrooms - would probably take years but would be worth it if we're going to be using the place for another 50-100 years.

It’d be nice to give our 31 time national champion track program a nice outdoor facility to work with.

Also I hope 5 mill is allocated for tPear statue

Houston’s Arena was in 100x worse shape than the PMAC. They spent 60 million on renovations and that place looks brand new. Florida’s renovation was $64.5 million. Auburn Arena was $86 million. Ole Miss was $96.5 million.

The best idea I’ve heard though is to build a new track stadium near the river and build a new PMAC where the track is currently. Or do a completely renovation of the PMAC and build a big parking garage where the track is and have shops and restaurants occupy the 1st floor.

For anyone who went to the SECCG/Peach Bowl, MBS set's the damn mark. Excellent bathrooms, cheap and decent food (with free refills), and free wifi.
