I said in this thread that Eyanson and Cowan are kind of the same but Cowan has less velo.

I stand by it. And I don’t think it’s a bad thing for either of them.

Eyanson would have 1 inning a game where he gave up all his hits and walks and other teams
would score 4 runs.

the other 4-5 innings of a start he would would have like 1 hit 0 ER and 8ks.

As the season went on I think he and Yeskie figure out what worked for him more and he started pitching his way out of the jams that used to blow up
on it.
