You don’t have a clue as to what his duties are. You assume it’s gopher because he’s unqualified to be anything else. Dean Dingman was Les’ Special Assistant. He actually played college football and had a degree and was the liaison between the academic advisors and the HC.
It’s not petty to those who care about the University.
