Everyone wants to reward Alabama for losing close while penalizing LSU for winning

If LSU is the #1 seed then Alabama has to be #3 seed or out.

LSU deserves not to play Alabama again unless Clemson losses, Big 12 champ has 2 losses, Big 10 champ has 2 loses, and PAC 10 champ has 2 loses.

Why penalize the winner to reward the loser.

Nobody cares what LSU wants. They’re not going to intentionally seed Alabama around playing LSU. LSU better just man the frick up.

LSU is not being penalized. They will most certainly vault to #1 when the CFP ranking is announced tomorrow.

And about Alabama. If they don't deserve to be in and still get in, then aren't we playing a lesser team in Bama than the one that deserved to be there?

If we’re number one we’re number one. The expectation is that LSU can beat anyone, so LSU needs to expect to beat everyone in front of them.

Don’t care who the opponent is. F*** dem.

And "losing close" is a myth. On every Alabama possession in the second half they needed at least 2 touchdowns to take the lead. Each time they got to within 5, LSU took the kickoff and put up another touchdown to make it 12. If the game had lasted another 2 minutes, it would have been 53-41.

Who says everyone wants to reward Alabama? Most talking heads I've heard say they're a long shot. Too much has to happen for them to make the playoffs. Relax and worry about what LSU needs to do.

LSU should expect to have to beat every team remaining on the schedule twice.

On the one hand, I don't want to play Bama again because it's so damn difficult to beat the same team twice. On the other, I would love a rematch and to just absolutely destroy them and all hope they have for the future of their program. Make Saban quit.

Assuming LSU beats Georgia as expected, we'll have nearly a month to prepare for the playoffs.

It's unfair that Bama will have a whole nother week of R&R and preparation due to not playing the conference championship game. That's one reason not to admit a non-champion into the playoffs. It's unjust and evil.

LSU is the better team and would have destroyed them at home if it weren’t for a few huge plays. I want their inbred hearts.

if the committee puts Bama in over a 1 loss conference champion they are telling the college football world that conference titles mean nothing and there is no reward for playing strong OOC teams...and they will also lose all credibility they have...

You know, I'm gonna just wait till Tues at 6pm CST.

When the committee puts Gumps at #6 I'm gonna roll!

And if they put them at #7 I'm tying one on.

Because... Roll Tide What? frick You!!
