If Aranda thought Raymond was great he would not have fought to get Bill Busch in here last year. It was part of the deal to keep him from going to A&M. Busch is a better coach and it seems may be Raymond’s equal in recruiting.

You don’t replace the highest paid DC from inside

Honestly I feel like he needs to move on and pursue a real DC gig, he's at the point of his career. I predict he stays at LSU maybe one more year getting a raise and increased responsibility in constructing gameplans.

Busch is a helluva recruiter and is Aranda's guy, fans should have total confidence with him going forward.

He’s only listed as the primary recruiter for Ika.

He’s secondary on Ricks and Bradford and that’s it.

Raymond>>>>>>Busch in the recruiting field.

Can't always go off those list, especially on 247 because a lot of times they aren't accurate or updated. Busch is doing a great job for LSU. He also played a part in getting Burrow.

If Aranda wants him to be co-DC fine if not and he wants to go to Georgia for that bye Felicia.

No, we have a good DC now, if he's not happy, money won't keep him there. DA is the DC and I don't like the "co" anything in coaching.

Our program is so much bigger than one assistant. I love Raymond and knew him when we were both students st LSU, but we will be fine either way. Hope he stays, but this flirting with other schools every year gets old.

hell no.

I don't REALLY KNOW how valuable Raymond is but I hear (no proof) he's the highest paid DB coach in the country. OK, compromise and give him a nice raise IF money is the issue. but we already have one of, if not the best, DC in the country and we do not need a "co".

if a new title is needed to get Raymond more money, make up the damn title
