Offense was putrid. Offense lost the game.

Anyone saying otherwise is brain dead

Its not just about yesterday

Baker has been here 3 seasons. Weiss a few games. He needs to sort out the red zone issues for sure .

If anyone’s bashing Baker just for yesterday its dumb but the frustration is cumulative

3 pts in the first half was shocking. We're supposed to have the 2 best offensive minds in college football and to have a field goal after 2 quarters was just wild.

Weis isn’t missing wide open WR and getting balls batted down in key situations

And struggled to that....

0/4 on 4th downs and 0/4 in the red zone will not get you very many wins.

Offense system has been proven for years but has limitations with the OL. Of course it would be nice to throw a redzone fade to TDG at some point. And play calling was not a strong suit last night. Especially RedZone. They just can’t seem to figure it out.

Conversely defense has proven over years to have issues. Defense played well at times but continued a steak of important blown assignments and allowing long third down conversions on crucial drives which have been killer. Doesn’t matter if you do well three plays in a row if you allow the other team something easy on the fourth play.

Lack of turnovers also a concern.

Redzone offense deserves criticism, but Baker has been below average, for going on 3 years now.

The defense caved late but the offense lost the game. We had multiple chances to score, but failed, and we couldn't sustain drives. Some very questionable play calling in the red zone, failure to utilize Trey'Dez Green, etc. were the main problems.

Baker fanboys sure watched the game with blinders on. Imagine giving up TD’s every single possession in the red zone and getting ZERO stops and thinking the defense is good. LOL

Yes, we did .... LSU took the lead (Weiss) late in the third quarter and then (baker) played soft and let Bama march right down the field and take the lead back... which is something (Baker) always does in BIG games.

Same game correct?

It didn’t matter if Bama scored 17 or 31. Lane and Charlie only scored 13 points. We were going to lose regardless of what Blake Baker did

Actually, the offense was fricking incredible. However, red zone play calling was questionable, and our offensive line was offensive. We also had multiple drops and tipped passes in the redzone. Even the interception was tipped at the LOS.

You just named several factors that aren’t incredible. Bama owned them in every aspect. Gave them the underneath and then pushed their shite in when it mattered

Oline is putrid! That’s all you need to say. Sooner or later, that will change. Hopefully sooner than later!

A lot of our yardage was in the intermediate range. We were hitting 15-20yd passes all night, that isnt an underneath play. When we got in the redzone, drops, tipped passes, and our offensive line giving same 1 second before pressure prevented basically anything from happening.
