Bring it on! I love this.

In week 1, 20 out of 24 reporters picked Miami to win.

They're favored by 10 at home, which is a tough stadium to win in as a road team. And they're a top 10 team.

I think I would pick them to win as well.

Yet the second winningest coach in LSU history met his demise for losing on a last second play in that exact same environment...

Why does 0 get a pass?

Did the same against Miami. How’d that work out for them?

O gets no pass, and that is not the only reason Miles lost his job.

I'm not giving anyone a "pass". It's O's fault we're not a better team and his fault we're a 10 point underdog. I'm not sure how you read that I'm giving O a pass from my post. Its the opposite actually.

No one is giving O a pass. Miles got fired after that game because it was a last straw type situation. A lot of things built up to that moment. The several mediocre years before 2016, then to lose to Wisconsin when we should have dominated that game and then lose to Auburn because of poor time management did it in for Miles.

O is not in this situation. Also, O is not given the same level of credence as Miles. Miles was here 12 years. O is in his 2nd full year and if this year goes bad, he could be out of here. So I would say O is being given the opposite of a pass.

I think its ridiculous that they think TCU has a better chance at beating Ohio State than LSU does of beating Auburn.

They did the same against Miami. That’s because they read the rant before making their predictions and see how ephen horrible we are. Hard to blame them.

I personally think we have a pretty good chance of winning, but I usually try to ignore the Rant and Chicken’s negatigers, so I am more optimistic than most.

Why do you love this?

Wouldn't you feel better about everyone picking us, then we actually go out and do what they expect us to do vs a top opponent? Expectations are a privilege.

Sick of this "we're going to shock the world" mentality.

Well there is nothing at all that would make someone pick LSU. It’s hard to win there. They have a better team. We have shown nothing on offense to make people think we can expose their defense. Any thought of us winning is just blind optimism. Sure it can happen but LSU hasn’t shown anyone yet how it’s possible. Miami wasn’t a great team. Good but not great. So why would they pick us?

It's O's fault we have top recruiting every year and it's his fault all the parents of the players and recruits and players themselves love him. It's his fault we have the best DC in the country! It's his fault we are 2-0 and ranked 12 in the nation. It's his fault he loves LSU to the core and honors the state with his doings..... C'Mon. If being a OC was easy, then you would be doing it instead of whining about him... Support him with the team. He's the head of the program we all love.

Well I guess that settles it! Tell O no reason to bring the team to Auburn.

Once again, for the people who will come in here whining about lowered expectations and bullshite. Who cares what these people think? Players go out and play. None of these frickers have any impact on the game.

Whether LSU wins or not, I like that everyone is picking Auburn and even that LSU obviously is not overconfident on offense going into the game and was panned by everyone this week.

Auburn has the revenge factor, but LSU will have a ton of motivation too now and want to prove that their ability to put up points against Miami wasn't a fluke. Also, I keep hearing about Auburn's D and they are damn tough, but LSU's D is stout too.
