USM coach pitches to Nelson for FSU in a one run game with first base open. He hits his 23rd HR and it’s now a 3 run game in the bottom of the 8th

The guy behind Nelson was already 2-2 with a home run in the game. Wasn’t a good choice there either way.

Yeah, I usually do this for the non-LSU games for whatever regional we're in. It is good practice.

This camera angle is trash. Hopefully it’s better tonight.

I have one nitpick on the otherwise really good espn setup. They should put the regional seed numbers next to the school names.

shite I thought they had dirt in the infield here. All turf is some pussy nonsense.

It really is.

They have the same crap in Corvallis at Oregon State. No dirt, no grass.

In the middle of a valley that grows much of the grass seed people use to seed their lawns. But too freaking cheap to grow some turf for baseball let alone football.

Yeah, but I can see why they didn't as it would have been confusing since they already have the national seed number on their graphic and honestly the national seed numbers are the only ones that matter.

Cullen Kafka.

He's been pitching on Saturdays this year.
2.66 ERA. Lost his last two starts.

and just had his shortest start of the year against... Central Connecticut!!!

Not gonna matter though. Ducks will keep hitting bombs off CC pitching.
