the list isn’t just BCS champs it’s all champions

It would have to be, because the BCS wasn't around for 20 years to produce 20 champions.

2011 LSU is better than most teams on this list.

That being said, how is 2011 Alabama not AT LEAST in the top 3?

2013 FSU way too high, 2005 Texas was a lot of fun to watch but top to bottom they aren't better than 2011 LSU or Bama.

2001 Miami and the Florida Gators teams are the only teams that come close to 2011 LSU/Bama IMO.

This title is a little misleading.

This is solely analytics based.

Whenever I see lists like this I cry about our 2011 team. They legit had an argument to be #1 on this list until the randomly decided to cancel the National Championship that year.

4 Alabama teams in the top 10 complete BS but its ESPN and they suck Bama's dick so I see how it is, no argument against 05 Texas that was a great team and VY was a great leader 01 Miami, 04 USC and 99 FSU have valid claims to the top spot as well

It doesn't matter that the AP (a bunch of reporters) thought USC should be champs. They didn't make it to the championship game based on the rules in place at the start of the season.

It would be the same if a bunch of reporters thought UCF should be co-champs last year. It doesn't matter. They weren't really the champs.
